Event Country *

Select the event country. You can type in the first few letters of the country name and the list will automatically select the country.

Event Name *

Enter the event name.

Location Name

Enter the name of the place where the event will take place, e.g. store name, retreat venue name, etc.

Location Street Address

Enter the street address of the event location. Be sure to include any suite or unit numbers. Street address only; you do not need to include the city, state or zip/mail code here. The # character is not allowed.

Event City *

Enter the city where the event will happen.

Event State / Province / Prefecture

Select the event state / province / prefecture / etc. You can type in the first few letters and the list will automatically select the name from the list.

Location Zip / Postal Code

Enter the event location postal code.

Event Cost

Enter the event cost. For example: "$10", "free", "varies" etc.

Event Duration

Enter the event duration. For example: "4pm-6pm" or "Oct 21-20"

Event Website

Be sure to include the leading http:// in the web address.

Location Phone Number

Enter the event location phone number. You can use - to separate the numbers. The ( and ) characters are not allowed.

Event Info Email (optional)

Email address for questions, additional event information, etc.

Event Submitter Email (required) *

Enter your email address. This information is kept private and is for Internal Use Only.

Event Map Location

To include your event on the Events Map, enter the event location address below in the "Map - Event Location Address" field or drag the map marker to the event location.

The location can be anywhere in the world.

Use the map +/- controls, your mouse wheel or double-click the map to zoom.

When the map marker is positioned at the event location, then click the submit button.

Map - Event Location Address

Enter the event location address here and the mapping system will place the marker on the event location. Sample event location: 2788 Main Street, Anytown, NY You can drag the marker on the map to adjust or change the location.

The mapping system populates this information based on the map marker position.
