Papercrafting Mid-Season Release: Little Yellow Bicycle
Did you know that Little Yellow Bicycle is turning 50?
Fifty collections, that is!
Their newest papercrafting collection, Vintage Summer, is their 50th.
What an achievement!
The red, blues and cream of the Vintage Summer Collection just screams backyard BBQs, 4th of July and summer fun.
And this collection is packed with amazing pieces!
The collection includes 12×12 & 6×6 papers, journaling cards, paper pieces, pockets, stick pins, stickers, vellum tape, chipboard shapes, felt & fabric pieces, and a chipboard album.
There are so many amazing papers included in this papercrafting collection, but this one reminds me of a blanket my grandma used to have.
How perfect would this be to scrap some old family photos? Just love it!
I adore fabric pieces on papercrafting projects.
The combination of textures just makes me smile.
In my opinion, these fabric pieces are the perfect addition to the Vintage Summer Collection.
I especially love the Family, Life & Love tag. Oh, and the banner…and the butterfly. Ok I admit it...I love them all!
How cute are these stick pins?
The stars are my absolute favorite, but all three would make a perfect addition to any papercrafting project.
A Tip, Just For You!
Do you ever worry about the pokey end when using stick pins on your papercraft projects?
My tip is to poke them through to the back of your project and cover the end with washi tape – covering the pointy end will keep it from poking through your page protector.
Or, if you want to keep the end on the front of your page, use a bit of Glossy Accents on the end to keep it from sticking through the page protector.
Just had to share!
