According to a press release from SBE today, Scrapbooks Etc has undergone some major changes, starting with the upcoming issue hitting newsstands Sept 8. Essentially, they are increasing the focus on the "Etc" in their name. They are no longer going to be 95% scrapbooking and 5% other stuff (my percentages.) They will now be focusing a greater portion of the magazine on other crafting projects.
Yes, PCC is called PaperCrafter's Corner, so theoretically, I am just fine with this change. However, the hardcore scrapbooking lover in me is disappointed. Aren't there enough "papercraft" magazines out there? CK and SBE were the only two scrapbook mags left! What do you think? The full press release from SBE's site is pasted below.
